Qualifications required: You must have the following in order to be selected as an All American Pet Resorts franchisee: You must have an unqualified love of pets You must have a minimum net worth of $600,000.00 First and foremost, you must have a fundamental love for pets Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to succeed. A strong business background with special emphasis on people-handling skills. Willingness to devote sufficient time and best efforts as an owner/operator. Willingness to comply with the high standards of an All American Pet Resorts Franchise. Financial ability to invest personal funds and capability to borrow additional funds.   Financial stability with a good credit record and sufficient net worth.   Franchisee Fees Typical Site Requirements Minimum Lot Size: ¾ Acre Building Size: 8,000 square feet Single Story is preferred
