Steps to Becoming
an All American Pet Resorts Franchise
STEP 1: THE CONFIDENTIAL QUESTIONNAIRE
- Complete the Confidential Questionnaire and Non Compete
Agreement and return it to
All American Pet Resorts LLC either by:
Mail at 3601 Whippoorwill Blvd., Punta Gorda, FL 33950 Fax 941-347-8012 Or email at DogsR_1@comcast.net. - Complete your telephone interview with an All
American Pet Resorts Development Director.
STEP 2: ONCE PRE-QUALIFIED
- You will receive the Uniform Franchise Disclosure
Document (UFDD).
- Upon
receipt, sign, date and return the Exhibits L, which is the compliance acknowledgment for receiving the UFDD, within three
(3) business days.
- Review
the material carefully and create a list of questions.
STEP 3: FACE-TO-FACE MEETING
- Meet with a Development Director to discuss questions
and opportunities
- Call
the references provided and ask questions.
- Arrange
a visit to a company facility to review the operation and discuss your opportunity.
STEP 4: BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL GOALS
- Complete a brief statement of your business goals
- Be sure that all of your questions are answered before
you proceed to the next step. Should you find a need for additional assistance, feel free to consult an attorney.
- Once your due diligence is complete, contact our Development
Director to coordinate a Site Visit or Franchise Licensing Meeting (FLM).
STEP 5: ATTEND THE SITE VISIT OR FLM
- Attend the FLM or site visit at our headquarters.
- Complete your Confidential Franchise Application, Exhibit
K if you have already not done so.
- Submit
a check as a deposit toward the Initial Franchise Fee as described in the UFDD.
- You will have 45 days to complete the Franchise Agreement and pay the balance
of the Initial Franchise Fee.
STEP 6: YOUR MATERIALS BEGIN TO ARRIVE
- You receive proprietary confidential materials and your site search begins.
- A possible site is located/identified.
- Detailed demographic materials are developed and reviewed.
You sign your lease or purchase your building. Drawings and leasehold improvements begin.
- A Project Plan and Statement of Work is created.
- Equipment is ordered and installed.
- Your training classes begin.
- You prepare to open
- Plan your Grand Opening
STEP 7: CONGRATULATIONS! None of the communications made through this web site should
be construed as an offer to sell any All American Pet Resorts franchises in, nor is any such communication directed to, residents
of any jurisdiction requiring registration of the franchise before it is offered and sold in that jurisdiction. No All American
Pet Resorts franchises will be sold to any resident of any such jurisdiction until offering has been exempted from the requirements
of, or duly registered and declared effective by, such jurisdiction and the required Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (if
